Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Hotel and food was great. We had a sea view double room. our Room was huge and very clean, couldn’t fault the housekeeping, our lady was very efficient. The room had first day only complimentary tea/coffee tray, shame it’s not replenished, even if you get your own top up tea, coffee and milk from reception for a morning or last drink at night. We read that hotel needed updating, maybe some of the furniture had a few knocks but wouldn’t mark it down for that. Hotels are very used so have to expect wear and tear. The pools had plenty of loungers and lots of space to relax away from the pool if you want quiet time. The areas around the pool and sun terraces could do with regular cleaning as there was litter, cigarette ends and discarded drink glasses left for a few days without being collected. Unfortunately this is due to guests causing these areas to be untidy but maybe an extra member of staff checking would make these areas spotless. The food was lovely. We were all inclusive and had no complaints about any of the food areas. The main restaurant had plenty of choices at all dining times and the food was continually being refreshed and topped up right up to closing. The dining room was again very clean and the staff were hot on cleaning constantly. Fresh food and drink was available all day. Our electric tripped out once whilst we were there, called reception and a maintenance man was with us within 10 mins and reset the electric box, again prompt service. Lovely evening walk to the town and beach a few minutes away. We have been to this resort many times but first time to this hotel. Couldn’t fault this hotel and as this was our first visit we will definitely be visiting again in the future. Well done to the hard working staff.

We booked a week all inclusive 8 January to the 15th. Can’t fault the place we had a large apartment with everything needed, yes it’s basic but we found it spotless and the cleaners were excellent. The food was good and always something to eat. The staff in the restaurant and the evening bar always friendly, and proper pints in glasses on draught Cruzcampo. Entertainment ok just what you’d expect all inclusive. Location is excellent 10 min walk. Into centre and great walk along the front. Weather was great which helps. Would defo recommend this hotel and I’ll be considering for next year

On arrival had to wait in long line to get checked in waited over 45 minutes to get checked in.had to get kettle replaced as not fit for use.alot of cracked and loose tiles on living area floor .stained and old lamp shades needing replaced.furniture in need if upgrading alot of wear and tear to furniture .dated and old .Wall in apartments in need of repainting .get a taxi from airport it only takes 15 minutes to apartment .but if you get transfer you are last drop and it will take over 1 hour that's not including waiting on all passengers who are getting transfers to get on the bus .so overall it took 1.5 hrs for a 15 minute taxi run when getting transfered by bus If you are going all inclusive you will be put in apartments with no Seaview only view you will have I'd off derelict land at far end of hotel. Someone had a seas view which the paid extra for on arrival and asked to upgrade to all inclusive they where priced 1200 for 3 for 7 days So they declined Make sure you ask for sea view when booking as alot of apartments do not get any sun at all fay or night .due to layout of the 2 huge complex buildings .would I stay here again No

Really comfortable large bed and pillows. Great shower. Spacious room. Lovely sea view. Lovely food. Lovely staff. Dining area always clean. Excellent for a 3 star hotel. Lacked air conditioning although fans were available. Recomend.

It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in !! The rooms need up dating ! Curtains are tatty and ripped in parts. Bed Settee is very uncomfortable and shappy, Holes in the sheets, front inside door frame needed Plastering as there were holes on the side of it filled with toilet paper.. The door to the balcony door, the lever plate was loose, and we couldn't shut the door they did come and put 2 screws and fixed it. The beads round the balcony doors were loose, and the glass could have come out, Stains on the walls and some holes on the walls. We left the towels on the floor in the bathroom on the day they change them before we went out in the morning and came back after 3 pm the towels were still on the floor, we went to the receptionist asked the receptionist if we could have clean towels because we left them on the floor, she was very nasty and said the cleaners have got to do the others rooms for new quests, weren't we quest.. !!! The jet2 rep was helpful in getting things resolved. The brochure and Internet are misleading to this hotel, as it states, " with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing....." As shown in the photo. We are coming back to fuerteventura in March. we will never stay at this hotel again!!

Stayed as a couple from 29th Dec to Jan 1st. After we had booked, I'd read lots of reviews about burgalries at the accommodation, so was extremely anxious about staying. Check-in was quick and friendly, we purchased a safe for the room, it was €3 a day plus a €10 deposit, which you get back when you return the key. We had paid extra for a sea view room and we were not disappointed. we were in room 2230. the room was a bit tired, but incredibly clean and had everything we needed. there were two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two twin beds, and also a pull out settee in the lounge area. the balcony was huge and had seating for four. there was self catering facilities, but we didn't use (other than the fridge) as we were all inclusive. I'm a really fussy eater, and I never went hungry. there was lots of choice at every meal time , the food was amazing. the staff all work incredibly hard and were very friendly. we were here to celebrate New Year, and the entertainment team put on a great show, and the evening food was beautiful. I would definitely return and would recommend hiring a safe, we always do this on every holiday, and we didn't have any issues with break-ins. Great location, so close to everything.
